1. I am having a bit of trouble understanding the ordering process with your website.

All products have their available colours listed, if you select the colour you require, it will take you through to a drop down list called pricing. On the drop down list you will see the size and price. Below this you will see sizes with a price next to them, that is for 1 item or packet, below that section, is the Bulk Pricing, the minimum number of products or packets will be listed here. Again select the size you require and the price per item is displayed as well as the minimum number of items for bulk pricing. Below this section is the box pricing, the size is displayed, along with the number of pieces per box and the total price for the box. Select the item you require, place the quantity in the box, and add to cart!

2. Why do you have 3 different prices for each product.

Some products are available for single  purchase which is suitable for hobbyists or people just wanting small amounts of a product.  Then we have the bulk pricing which gives a discount for buying bulk quantities of a product.  The biggest and best price is the box purchase, this is a massive saving on all products. 

3. The item is not the same shape as the colour image.

No, the images are just colour examples, to see the actual shape of the item, you need to go to the category home or above the colour samples.

4. Some items do not have a drop down list or even a colour sample.

The number of products we have to offer is massive, well over 20 000 individual pieces, we do endeavour to have all products priced, colour examples etc within the next couple of months. To keep the costs to a minimum, so we can offer the best prices, we do not employ a webmaster and as we are a busy company, it does take abit of time.

5. Are the products genuine Swarovski Crystals?

Yes, if we have stated it is Swarovski, you can be assured it is a genuine Swarovski product. All of our crystal that is not Swarovski, is listed as Entry Level. If ordering full boxes of products, it will arrive in the original Swarovski packaging.

6. Why are you so much cheaper than other companies?

We do not have a store front at present, we do not employ staff, this allows us to pass on the savings to the customer.

7. Why are some products only available in bulk or box purchase and others are available in single packet purchase?

We have made the entire Swarovski range available to customers, some of these items are not as popular as others, so to allow the customers to purchase the not so popular items we have had to place a bulk or box purchase restriction on those items.

8. Will you be opening a store in the future?

Our location does not allow for expansion into a shop front at present.

9. Are you the same company that was at Underwood in Brisbane?

Yes, Just Crystal Supplies is the same company that was located at Underwood, Qld, however it has changed ownership as the previous owners have gone in a new direction.

10. I am looking for a particular item that I cannot find on your website, can you source or do you stock it?

Some items are still being added to the website on a daily basis, if you cannot find the item, or a price for it, please do not hesitate to contact us with your requirements.
