Just Crystal Supplies duly offers the following:

• Payment may be made by Cash, Direct Debit into our nominated Bank Account, Money Order, Personal Cheque or Credit Card. Please note that no order will be sent until payment has been received and cleared with our banking institution. Personal Cheques can take up to 5 days to clear.  We do accept payment via Paypal but a $5.00 administration fee will apply to all Paypal transactions.
• We do not accept credit card transactions online due to security of card details over the internet. If you provide your credit card details via email, Just Crystal Supplies will not be held responsible if they are fraudulantly used.
• If an ordered item is not in stock, it will be placed on back order. You will be notified via email or phone regarding the back order with an approx. delivery date. This will also allow you to order further products if required.
• A minimum order restriction of $40 including GST applies. Orders made under $40 will still be accepted, however a $10.00 (including GST) handling fee will apply. Please note, you will not be able to order through our website for any order under $40.00, please email or phone your order through,
• All goods remain the property of Just Crystal Supplies until fully paid for.
• All prices subject to change without notice and all items appearing on this website (and any other material supplies by us, unless otherwise stated) INCLUDE GST of 10%.
• Please choose carefully before ordering any goods as all returned goods will attract a 20% restocking fee. If you are in doubt please ask our capable staff. There will be no refunds or exchange offered on goods that are incorrectly ordered.
• Goods that are damaged or faulty must be advised to us within 48 hours of receiving the items, otherwise we will not accept any returns so please look carefully at all items as soon as receiving all orders. Once you have advised us of damaged products, the goods must be returned within 7 days. Just Crystal Supplies will refund the postage cost with goods only.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have given the correct postal address, if the order is sent to a incorrect postal address given by the customer, freight will be charged again for reposting of the item.
• Orders are sent within 3 business days of payment being made and can take up to 7 days to arrive, though most orders are received within 3 days. Just Crystal Supplies will not take any responsibility for late delivery of items, nor will a refund be offered if delivery is late.  Bank transfer payments are not considered received until the payment arrives in Just Crystal Supplies account, this can take up to 3 days depending on your bank.
• Just Crystal Supplies will always do the best to provide products on time to our customers, in the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to a postage refund or cancellation of the order.
• We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged whilst in transit.
• Just Crystal Supplies hopes to correct any textual, graphical, pricing or factual errors on our website within a timely manner. Please contact us regarding any problems you are having or any errors within our website you have come across.

• Just Crystal Supplies reserves the right to change any price at which our products are offered and to correct any errors in pricing contained on our website.
